Nowawadays the club has a membership of almost 1,000 featuring a crowd of young and old, preserving the rich heritage of Richmond Rhythm and Blues, where bands and musicians including The Rolling Stones, The Yardbirds, Long John Baldry, Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton Rod Stewart all began their rise to world fame.
