Off Licences and Wine Merchants in Ramsgate
Established in 1998 Moonshine Billy's Off Licence and Wine Merchants is now the only dedicated Off Licence in or around Ramsgate town centre, outlasting the Ramsgate Threshers store!
I've used this Off Licence since it first opened, mainly because its close to my flat(s) (I've moved). Since drinking less now I still use Moonshine Billys mainly for cashing cheques, paying bills and buying fruit juice or lighters and then because the staff where helpful, knowledgeable and all round "Good Eggs" I prefer to use it when I can. If you need an off licence where's there's staff that know what their doing then look no further than Moonshine Billys
