My stay at Holiday Inn Preston was satisfactory overall. The location is convenient and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my visit. Check-in was straightforward, and the hotel generally felt clean and well-managed.
However, some areas could benefit from improvement. The room was comfortable but felt a little dated, and certain aspects of the stay didn't quite meet the standards I would expect. The food was acceptable, although the menu choices and quality could be improved.

Really great freindly staff at this hotel, rooms are a little small but clean and comfortable.
Parking is very limited but public parking available within 100 yards costing £7.40 per night

My hair was an absolute disaster and I honestly didn’t think it could be saved, but Fiona completely transformed it. I went in for a cut and colour and couldn’t be happier with the results. The atmosphere was lovely — warm, welcoming, and relaxing from the moment I walked in. Fiona explained everything clearly from start to finish and made me feel completely at ease throughout. Both ladies were so friendly, professional, and attentive. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service and amazing results.

Fiona did an amazing job today – she really knows her stuff! The salon is lovely and welcoming. She definitely had a challenge with the state I’d let my hair get into, but she gave great advice and guided me through what would work best. The cut is perfect and I’m SO happy with the colour!
