I recently acquired what I thought was a really good , but very old fashioned lawnmower and needed to have it fixed. I rang Horns and told them about the problem and although I didn't ultimately need to use their services, I was very grateful for the advice they gave me not to invest a significant amount of money in the repair. They could have taken on the job but didn't take advantage of me for calling them. They also explained in detail exactly what type of lawnmower I should buy for my type of garden, even though it was one they did not supply - great, honest people !
