Hope Prevails Preston is a specialist domestic abuse charity supporting people aged 16+ across Preston and the wider region. Their work is free, confidential and non-judgemental, which matters so much when someone is going through something frightening, confusing or deeply personal.

Formerly known as Preston Domestic Violence Services, Hope Prevails Preston has been supporting local people for over 30 years. That kind of experience doesn’t come from simply offering a service. It comes from listening, learning, standing beside people and understanding how complex domestic abuse can be.

Because abuse isn’t always visible. It can be emotional, financial, physical, sexual, controlling or psychological. Sometimes it’s loud and obvious. Sometimes it’s quiet, hidden and hard to explain. That’s why having a charity like Hope Prevails Preston in the community is so vital.
