Here's a few safety tips to tell the kids.
Always wear gloves when holding sparklers, and keep them arms length apart
When it goes out place it in a bucket of water
Never touch it, it could still be hot
Only adults can light fireworks, they are very dangerous
When watching fireworks always stand well back
Keep pets safely indoors and they will get scared
Adults:
Buy fireworks marked BS 7114
Keep them safe in a box
Never put them in a pocket
Don't approach a lit firework
Light them at arms length using a taper
If you're not having your own bonfire night party then there is a great event being held at Ynysangharad park for the annual fireworks display on Sunday 3rd November 5.30pm
