I normally live out of the UK but recently visited Plymouth and as I was interested in looking for a new road bike I went to check out Certini's.
I went into both the Specialized store (also run by Certini) and the main store. In both the staff were extremely knowledgeable about the entire range, keen to get me to try a number of different models around the local road to get a feel for the differences and refreshingly there was no sales pitch trying to get me to buy the most expensive thing in the store. Despite maybe spending 4 hours with me in all and trying maybe 10 different bikes there was absolutely no issue when I said I wanted to think about it.
When I eventually went back and purchased a bike (which was on offer at a great pice) they unpacked my new bike, PDI'd it, set it up to my requirements and then packed it back up again for export all in two hours.
All in all I had a great experience

We had a great evening at Babaʼs. The food was excellant with a good variety of dishes and a wine list to compliment the food. The staff are smart and courteous. Will be going back for more.

Graham is a great instructor, and i would recommend him to everyone! He has a brilliant sense of humour, which takes some of the stress of first time driving off your shoulders. I felt completely comfortable and safe driving around with him in the car. He is extremely patient, even when i made the same silly mistakes over & over again! He is totally trustworthy and very reliable!! He makes you realise you can do, even if you dont think you can at first. He gave me the confidence to drive, and his teaching proved successful first time! Thanks Graham, I couldnʼt have done it without you.
