With the rise of the popularity of Zombie’s Halloween has taken on a new look in my house.  Whilst Immy is still happy to dress up as a cute witch my teenage girls are determined to play out the Zombie Apocalypse for which I am poorly prepared, apparently.

Apart from in the mumsiest way possible - I will serving Zombie Brain – that will be me cooking an artichoke whole (courtesy of Jamie Oliver!) for a bit of dinner entertainment, and one of their 5 a day before they go marauding for sweets.

If you want to get into the Halloween vibe we have a few events to suit all ages:

Face Painting at Oriel Y Parc! Why not join the fun and have your favorite Halloween Character face painted on you! All ages are welcome to prepare you for the trick or treating you will be doing after dark.  For more information click Children's Fun Event

Take a look at what is happening at Carew castle - Ghosts, ghoulies and things that go bump in the night! Where could be spookier on Halloween than a castle? There are lots of activities for all the family during half-term.  From 29 of October Until 31st October there will be costume parades every day at carew castle at 2.30pm. Are you brave enough? To discover more click Halloween Extravaganza at Carew Castle

Finally,  Halloween is not just for children anymore, pop along to The Stackpole Inn, October 31st  and join in with the Halloween celebrations and enjoy live music, nobody will mind if you want to dress up either!  For all of the info click Halloween Party Night

Don't forget to stock up with goodies and Happy Haunting!
