Whittington Castle near Oswestry is a stunning venue for very special weddings with it's evocative towers and peaceful moat: it's a magnificent setting. Always a treat to explore, with a rich heritage and welcoming atmosphere, there's often something cool going on whether a Shakespearian play, popular children's Castle Parties, or spooky visits.
Lovely setting, friendly people and a super tearoom. Liked the waterbirds on the moat, especially the swan family!
