The Oak Theatre and DBY Interactive are proud to present 'The Crown Duels! Murder Mystery Show this October.     From the leading crime writers of sell out shows such as 'The City Of Curses', 'The Body Smugglers' and 'Murder Under The Spotlight' comes DBY Interactive Murder Mystery Show 'The Crown Duels!'       You’ve heard of The Peaky Blinders…it’s time to get acquainted with The High Rips, North West England’s infamous Gang.     Post war, and the city is overrun with poverty and hunger creating a breeding ground for violence and crime among the streets. Two rival gangs, The High Rip gang and The Logwood gang, battle it out to see who will rule the unruly.     Even the authorities are too terrified to step in, well, until the arrival of notorious Constable ‘Pins’, known for his unorthodox methods. And he has business in the city. A missing crate, mistaken as contraband has been lifted at the docks on its journey to London, and rumour has it, it has Jewels belonging to the Crown inside. Whoever gets their hands on them jewels will earn their place as the King or Queen of The North. And people are desperate, they will do anything, even Murder.       Show type : crime solving, mature, period, inspired by historical events.     Due to some references and language this performance is suitable for ages 12+ accompanied by an adult      Please note, there are elements of the performance that are interactive.   Buffet meal included in ticket price.
