Just had my 6 month check up with Dr Raza Khan at Synergy in Blackpool, after my smile makeover last year. I can honestly say that I'd never been so happy to see my dentist - it was like seeing a wonderful old friend or like bumping into the doctor who delivered your baby. He really did perform a miracle on my teeth and has given me my smile and my confidence back. The work he had to do was not straightforward, and I probably ended up spending 16+ hours in his chair... each tooth needed work, some needed root canals, one needed twisting back in line, and he created a row of individual crowns that look healthy, natural and fabulous! My original request to him was: don't make them look fake - I don't want someone to say "She's had her teeth done". I want someone to day "She's got gorgeous teeth." And he did it! Oh, and check up went fine - these babies are gonna last me for years.

The dentist staff at Bury were extremely good with my mum who struggles to walk & kept us all together on the ground floor, as well as getting her an office chair to use as the others are too low. Lovely staff all round

Kash was friendly talked me though my treatment and answered questions speedily.

I had my first filling today, I'm a very anxious person and was upset going in. The dentist and the assistant reassured me all the way through the procedure, kept me calm and relaxed, and made the whole experience a pleasant one.

Having used this dentist previously for an emergency appointment I opted to register for future use - attended for an appointment to arrange to have my teeth straightened and am so happy that I did! Fabulous service and cannot wait for my treatment to begin. Very professional and reassuring of the process - would recommend.

Amazing!!!!! Visited for the first time due to awful pain. Mo, Bolton branch diagnosed cracked tooth. Quick appointment made for tooth extraction. Went today for tooth extraction. Mo was amazing, didn’t hurt at all!!!! Even the injections didn't hurt. Cannot praise enough the skill. The whole team were lovely, so supportive. Will definitely make them my regular dentist.

I’ve tried leaving another review but there is not an option so I’m updating this one.
Today was the big day when I’ve had my permanent teeth fixed after living for 6 months with my temps ( I have to admit I felt absolutely fine , ate anything I wanted , smiled more and get compliments for my beautiful and perfect smile ).
I cannot recommend them enough , Dr Wasif , Jonty , Tony and the whole team are absolutely fantastic.
The whole process from the start until now has been painless and easy , going from fear of dentists to looking forward for my next visit must mean something, right?!

After suffering for years with dental problems and asking left and right for the best opinion ( anxiety over the roof ) I have found the perfect place and the right people to do my implants
From the first appointment I felt so at ease , everyone was so professional and caring with me and now after I’ve had my new teeth I feel sorry I don’t see them more often.
The procedure was so painless and the 3hrs that I was there were literally 20 mins for me , from being terrified of dentists now I would want to go and see them weekly if possible.
I don’t know how to thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me.

Very professional, thorough, proficient and gentle care.
At check-up Isra the dentist said there was slight decay in back wisdom tooth and a filling would be required.
On return visit was asked if I required anaesthetic as the previous patient had her filling without. I said I'll try without, it's been a long time since I had a filling. Tooth was scraped and filled without using any anaesthetic and was painless and totally successful.

What can I say about Synergy Dental, in particular the Farnworth clinic. I am a very phobic patient, phobic to the point that my Mum has to ring to make an appointment for me ( I’m 44!!) because I cry on the phone to the receptionist.
I had a damaged tooth which needed removing and a denture put in its place.
I contacted the surgery on an emergency, private basis. The simple fact that they allow you to chat to someone via WhatsApp before booking an appointment helped me so so much! I could structure my queries. I was even able to send pictures/videos. The person managing WhatsApp was so clear, empathetic and personable. Having the WhatsApp feature genuinely helped with that initial embarrassment that I think most phobic people have, it’s like getting over that first step is alleviated slightly. However when I visited the surgery, and started crying at reception. The receptionist was so empathetic. When I saw Dr Bahlil he was slow and patient with me, explaining everything as he went along, clear concise and again really empathetic. The next step was scans which the dental nurse completed she was so so lovely, I found myself apologising all the time due to embarrassment but she was patient and reassuring. I hqve now had the work done, a few injections to numb the area, and I am now sat with a new smile, granted I look a little bit like a chipmunk and sound like Chris Eubank but that will subside over the next few days!
If you are phobic and need to visit a dentist this is the place to go. The staff are so empathetic but also so knowledgeable and professional. I can’t recommend them enough. Right I’m off to eat something soft and start practicing my S sounds!! Thank you so much Synergy xx

I was seen as a temporary patient for oral surgery and would highly recommend the staff and their service. I was in a lot of pain but the job was over in a few minutes and I am recovering well thanks to their expertise.
