Really upset took my late mums yellow gold ring to be rhodium dipped to white gold and resized I was told it would take 1 week after 2 week still not heard anything I went into shop the ring was still yellow gold and when I said I'd asked for it to be done the man was rude and said I didn't ask and he wouldn't of said he could do it but he did and not only that the ring still doesn't fit even though he measured my finger I paid £45 for something I still can't wear and the ring is very sentimental and I got really bad customer service, not happy at all would not recommend this jeweller
