I must have trawled half the internet looking for insurance quotes for my car, and found that quotes varied wildly. Confusing! My mum said give Richard a call. I'm glad I did, it was all sorted with one phone call and no endless forms to fill in, and a good price. My dad said 'well that's how it always used to be be, you called your broker and that was it, simple'. I use the internet for most things, but car insurance won't be one of them, too complicated and to expensive! Thanks Richard, you've got yourself a satisfied customer.

Thank you for your sensitive and professional direction of my sister's funeral last Friday. That you were able to accommodate family wishes to be pall bearers was much appreciated. Although a sad occasion in the circumstances, we felt it went as well as it possible could have done. We were blessed with the weather and the appearance of a rainbow could not have been more perfectly timed!
