Travelling into Norwich from Sprowston:
If you are looking to travel into Norwich from Sprowston, there is a handy Park and Ride on Wroxham Road, just past Sprowston Manor, on the outskirts of the city.
This bus, the 606, stops at Anglia Square, Tombland, Castle Meadow and Norwich Bus Station in the centre of the city, then continues on out through Bracondale to the Postwick Park and Ride site.
You will need to catch the purple 606 bus from the Sprowston site to the city centre and the red 605 bus for the return journey.
