Why?

Why is it that it's so hard to consistently do the things that are good for us?

I recently decided that it was again time for me to start working out in the gym. Well, summer is on its way and I want to make sure I look good in my SPEEDO's.
For the first three days, I was keen as mustard. Then……..Excuses.
I'M TOO BUSY TODAY
MY LEG'S ARE QUITE SORE, MAYBE I'M OVER DOING IT
Even though after every time I go to the gym I feel a hundred times better, I always try to find a reason not to go.
So, I have to find a mindset to kick myself up the backside and get me there.
It is generally the same in Business. In the current climate I hear a lot of people finding excuses for their own short falls.
THERE'S NO MONEY AROUND
PEOPLE ARE NOT SPENDING AT THE MOMENT
IT'S QUIET TODAY
Like going to the gym, sometimes we need to give ourselves a little push everyday to get where we want or need to be.
Sometimes it's hard to do the things that we need to do the most. I don't know why that is but some days you feel like it; some days you don't…do it anyway! Some days you win; some days you don't…but keep trying.
