VENUE HIRE

With 16 screens on site we have plenty of screens available for private hires and conferences, the screens range from 135 to 259 seats so we can accommodate a wide range of numbers. All our screens are spacious with a large area in front of the screen big enough to set up a stage or to utilise for activities during your presentation. The screens are available to book all day everyday but for the best rates book during the week in the morning and early afternoon. Screen hires start from £250 plus VAT. AV – All screen hires include a microphone, lectern and presentation clicker for the duration of your event at no additional cost.

Catering – We have our own caterers or we can work with a caterer of your choice. Alternatively, to get away from the cinema we have the option of having your catering at the Casino next door.

Parking – All conferences include complimentary parking in the designated blue areas of Xscape. Please pay and display and we will fully refund the amount at the tills.

For £17.90 per month, sign up to Unlimited to get you access to all the 2D films you can handle. As part of being an Unlimited customer you will get huge discounts on watching films in 3D, Superscreen, IMAX, VIP seating, D-Box, 4DX and Event Cinema. Unlimited customers also get 10% off our food and drink, including Starbucks.
