Stephen Conway has been promoted to the position of Head Chef at Stapleford Park. Stephen's passion for the hospitality industry sparked at an early age when he started working at his parent's hotel in Blackpool.
Stephen brings over 10 years of industry experience to the role including five years as Demi and Sous Chef at Stoke Park Golf Club in Buckinghamshire and four years at Stapleford Park as Sous Chef under the patronage of Wayne Vickerage.
Commenting on the recent appointment, Rupert Elliott, Hotel Manager, said "We are delighted to have been able to see Stephen graduate to Head Chef. Having been a valuable member of Stapleford Park for the past four years he already has intimate knowledge of the house and the tastes of our guests, as such I have every confidence that he will excel in his new role."
