Gary the service manager has helped us on more than one occassion, I have to say this is one of the best businesses in Melton in fact Leicestershire that we use on a regular basis, our Discovery has now done over 100,000 miles, and yes its had the odd hiccup but I have to say that Gary has made the whole experience more than bearable and I hope the managment now how good he is.

Having now had my fifth Land Rover, a Freelander for nine months, I can unreservedly praise the assistance and backup offered by Marshall. No problem is too small, you speak to the engineers and you are treated with old-fashioned courtesy and service – what an improvement on my previous experiences. Land Rover may make the best cars, but you still need the best service to maintain their level of excellence.
Having previously owned four Discoveries, I am a confirmed Land Rover Addict. However, retirement meant that it was time to downsize. The Freeland, brother of Discovery was the obvious choice, however, whilst I love Land Rovers, I had become disenchanted with the backup service that I received from other dealers. Therefore, when a friend told me to try Marshall Land Rover in Melton Mowbray, I was immediately impressed by their welcome, knowledge and soft sell. Their people listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me what they wanted. The transaction was a pleasure, all promises were met and the hand over was carried out in the most professional and detailed manner that I have ever experienced.
