Today I have been for the second time at Manchester HSBC and I was so lucky to be looked after by Tony for the second time in 2 months , I literally sort my issues very quickly and in a very professional manner, I really hope I can have more staff like him ! I had such a lovely experience in the branch today. Toby was so helpful and friendly. Quite honestly over the past couple of years I have felt so disappointed at the lack of service, However today’s experience was like a breath of fresh air. Well done HSBC for putting someone on reception who gives excellent customer service .
