What do you know about the Makers' Market? Read on......

Sunday January 31st sees the popular West Didsbury Makers Market return for 2016 showcasing award-winning LOCAL food & drink, arts and crafts, vintage stalls, music performances and a whole lot more.

You will find the very finest of local food, drink, art, design, vintage, and modern craft carefully selected from over 90 Northern artisans and business LOCAL to West Didsbury. Offering the opportunity to meet the producers, browse the stalls, sample the tasty street food and enjoy the music and performance.

From award winning cheeses and pies, LOCALLY brewed ales, pates to doorstop sized brownies and vintage trunks, suitcases and vintage finds. Expect to find Award winning pies and spicy sauces, DIY Pizza kits, vegan treats, a raw bake station, bloody marys and oysters, Spices, homemade granola, rosemary infused baked camembert, homemade soups, along with art and photography from a whole host of talented and inspiring LOCAL artists. 

There will be a street food area with tantalising foods and smells from around the world to awaken your taste buds and senses, AND a new street food trader, Laura Dronsfield, in her super vintage caravan and Whats Your Beef selling the best Philly cheesesteak in town.

Plus new to 2016 our Woof this Way Doggie Corner, showcasing for the first time accessories for your four legged friends from The Dog House and gourmet dog treats from the Woofleshire Bakery. They will be sure to get your furry friends tails wagging.

The event is a superb family friendly day out and offers a combination of food & drink, arts and crafts producers and artisans as well as music performances. There will be a face painter for little market visitors, and live music from talented Northern musician Andrew Warner

The West Didsbury Makers Market takes up residency on the last Sunday of each month at Withington Community Hospital on the corner of Burton Road and Nell Lane, M20 2LR
