My sister and I went for a check up at Synergy Dental Clinic in Preston. We were seen by Dr Ayesha and dental nurse Jess. They were both professional, kind and made us feel at ease, especially my sister who has dementia. Reviewed by J. Craft.

My dentist closed without notice and I needed an emergency appointment After days of searching to no avail, I came across Synergy Dental Leyland who arranged an emergency appointment within 24 hours. The surgery has a very calming atmosphere. Sylvia the receptionist was lovely and very welcoming. My appointment was with Dr Rachidi who I have to say was excellent, he explained everything that needed to be done. I had 2 extractions which were very quick and totally painless. I have booked another appointment for further treatments. I would Highly recommend this Practice. Ann

I don't even know where to begin with this review. I suffer from a erratic phobia of visiting the dentist, and have done all my life, not helped by a bad experience when I was a child. I finally had no option to face this fear head-on, so I made an appointment to see Dentist Yasir Raham in the padiham Clinic. He took his time in explaining what options were available to me, even advising against treatment I asked about but didn't need.
For the 1st time in my life, I sat through an hour and 30 minutes appointment without leaving the room or chair once. He was so kind, along with his dental nurse, thought out the whole thing. Although I still have more treatment yet to come, I feel so much more relaxed than I did when he 1st saw me at the beginning of the month. Everyone needs someone who understand a fear that's real to them. I can't thank him enough, having my smile and confidence back means so much to me. I just wish I did it sooner.

A huge change from previous dentists. Quick appointment times compared to having to wait months previously, a lot more informative showing me what I need and what I could pay extra for, the dentist was also really helpful. Would highly recommend

I rang the dentist to book an emergency appointment. I spoke to a blond receptionist regarding my problem and concerns. I felt uncomfortable with my current situation and it was causing me distress and discomfort. She promptly booked in an emergency appointment for me for the next day. I was quite surprised by this and it immediately made me feel at ease. I was so pleased that the dentist was going to see me so quickly to help improve the outlook of my teeth and help me feel at ease.
Today I went in to attend that appointment I booked into reception. I was greeted warmly with a bright smile and a cheerful hello by the receptionist. I waited Outside until it was my turn. The receptionist tapped on the window to notify me that it was my turn. Very bubbly warm lady.
The lady dentist that I saw was quite efficient, patient and informative throughout my treatment. This made me feel immediately relaxed and I felt extremely comfortable. She listened to my concerns and explained her plan for me thoroughly.
She explained the payment process and the reason I was going to be charged to ensure I knew what I was paying for and why.
I found all the girls in the dentist helpful and informative.

Stage 1 of two implants went well. No pain at all … after the initial needle nicks. I also really appreciated a welfare call the day after from the lovely Sophie. Excellent.

Was made to feel at ease as I'm very anxious when I need to visit the dentist as my teeth are shocking. Was given my options on treatment and given an appt for ct scan within 48hrs. I was paying for this so not sure if my appt was quick because of this reason but I was very happy

I have just had composite bonding treatment with Adam Patel at Synergy and would highly recommend Adam and the team at Synergy! I am absolutely over the moon with the result. Adam listened to everything I wanted which was a natural but more whiter and brighter smile! I've had so many compliments about my new smile and I can't stop smiling!! I wanted the work doing in a particular timeframe but went into this knowing that might not be achieved but Adam made sure it happened before my holiday as promised. The price was reasonable and I liked how honest Adam was in terms of what was and wasn't needed based on the condition of my original teeth. For me trust in a dentist is so important based on previous negative experiences with other practices. I would definitely return for any future treatment and would highly recommend!

Rebecca is genuine, kind and caring towards her patients and genuinely passionate about her job and ensuring I was okay and comfortable throughout my appointment due to very bad experiences at other dentist appointments. Rebecca is a true professional and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her to other people for any hygiene appointments

Was v apprehensive about root canal filling on tooth. Dentist made it easy and was done in about 30 mins. No pain during appointment some slight pain next day. Could not have asked for better treatment from all inc. Reception staff.

Dentist was honest..I had been referred to have an extraction and he told me that the tooth wasn't decayed and he didn't think I should have it removed and gave me advise on cleaning it properly and suggested if I get any pain then consider having it removed..
