I had a really positive experience at the dental surgery. The whole team was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish.
I especially want to highlight Jenn, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. Her support to made a big difference to my overall experience.
Thank you to everyone at the practice for such great care—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this surgery to others!

A fantastic experience making enquiries via WhatsApp to Synergy Dental, Bury. Courtney was super efficient, responsive and professional in answering my many questions and my family and I now have our first appointment booked for April 2026. I'll be updating this review once we've had our first appointment but a really promising start with Synergy Dental.

I was really nervous about starting my journey to get composite bonding, but speaking with Charlotte completely changed how I felt. She was so attentive, took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and made me feel much more comfortable and confident about moving forward. After much research I decided to use Synergy in Oldham a 50 mile round trip.Taking into account that there are a lot of people in that space doing a similar service speaks volumes.The place is great the staff are pleasant and professional able to answer any question with confidence. Mateen is a standout deals with the process in such an amazing and down to earth way making you feel comfortable and special. The results speak volumes so if you want to walk in a binman not that there’s anything wrong with bin men you’ll walk out a movie star. Thank you guys

The receptionist are extremely polite and very friendly which makes a good experience for patients. They are very understanding of patients and treat everyone with respect. The dentist himself is such a lovely man. Very polite and whilst having an injection in my mouth so as to remove a tooth that was loose he kept asking if I was ok and if I was in any pain whilst removing the tooth . The dental practice is such a nice,friendly place and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Excellent service from both reception and dentist.

Nurses and receptionist were so lovely towards me and very knowledgeable from answering my questions, dentist was so clear and advised me on what I needed to know, now recommending this practice to my friends as I couldn’t of had a better experience.

I had a very good experience at the Synergy Dental Clinic today. The staff were professional and friendly. The dentist explained my condition clearly and talked me through the treatment options in a simple way. This made me feel comfortable and confident about my dental care. Before being a patient at this practice I had severe dentist anxiety, to today where I was even looking forward to my appointment?
I approached Sunergy Dental to begin the process of 4 dental implants which I learnt would extremely complicated. My initial consultation was with Dr Kashif who took the time to thoroughly discuss the whole process, was clear with my options and was deeply reassuring throughout.
Dr Karim and Beth have carried out the whole process and have consistently put me at ease, communicated clearly and with such levels of patience I cannot recommend them enough especially when undergoing such extensive work.
Finally Jen who was nothing but patient and reassuring too.

Bittersweet feeling completing my Invisalign journey! I had the most pleasant experience receiving my treatment at Synergy Dental Bury. The process from start to finish was straightforward and well organised. The reception staff were always welcoming and friendly, and they took the time to find appointments that worked around my schedule.
As for my dentist, Dr Kash — I have no words. A dentist who truly prioritises patient care and always delivers the best service possible. I never felt rushed during appointments, and he always took the time to answer my (sometimes many!) questions with patience and reassurance.
In my opinion, an excellent dentist with impeccable customer service and patient care. I would definitely recommend Dr Kash, and it’s safe to say I’ll be returning to synergy dental for any cosmetic dental treatments in the future.

Went for an emergency root canal today. The dentist was fantastic. He made a terrifying experience manageable and put me at ease. He was friendly and spent time explaining everything to me. Very impressed.
