Everything went very smoothly from check in to tooth out. Having a tooth extraction isn't a particularly nice experience but it was painless and relatively quick.

Great service..had a dental emergency on Christmas eve phoned at 9am was given a appointment that afternoon which was amazing then received a call asking if I would like to come earlier as they had a cancellation.. Meaning I start antibiotics..The staff were so helpful and happy..it's nice to see the reception area is having refurbishment as it has been looking tired can't wait to see it when it's finished.thankkyou synergy burscough

Always a great experience, despite me being nervous and apprehensive about dentists, Sylvia and all the team really put me at ease and keep me informed of every step, process finally have a dentist I trust and feel confident with.

My experience of Synergy Dental Clinic Adlington, the atmosphere was very calm and i got a warm welcome and didn't have a long wait, the Dentist and assistant which by the way are ladies were excellent and made me feel relaxed right away, they explained everything every step of the way, I had an extraction, it was quick and painless, would highly recommend this practice, well done 👏 âââââ.

From the second I arrived I was greeted by a lovely polite young lady on reception who instantly made me feel welcome and at ease. She offered myself and the other patients a drink whilst we waited. I was not waiting long at all before the dentist came out and called me into the room. I explained how severe my anxiety is and explained what medication i take for it and both the dentist and dental nurse reassured me and put me at ease. The dentist discussed all of my options and gave me time to think and make my decision. I was visibly anxious but they both reassured me throughout the procedure. Asking me consistently if I was alright. It was a wonderful experience and i would highly recommend the practice to everybody.

The dentist identified a problem my NHS dentist had missed and they didn’t offer me an appointment until late January!!
That’s why I called Synergy Dental, after being in pain and not being able to eat solids and drink only water and milk it was amazing to see such an experienced person who only found the problem after checking my gum as it turned out to be bone damage in the root.
Seriously considering seeing this practice on a private basis because at my NHS practice I am seeing post graduates that are completing their 1-2 years hands on training.
I know this because there’s no continuity we get a different person every 1-2 years

The most outstanding service from the minute I walked through the door. Every single member of staff was incredible from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist. The whole process was explained in detail every step of the way and I felt so comfortable.

Today Dr Ismail & his nurse Adela fixed two small chips on my front teeth for me. I am so pleased with the results & the service. Both we’re so welcoming & warm. The work is amazing & I’ve left so happy! Thank you both of you x

Brilliant service, I have extreme anxiety around going to get any treatment done at the dentist but both the dentist and receptionist sylvia made me feel as comfortable as possible and I was able to get through the treatment with no issues.

I visited the Synergy practice in Blackpool to have my composite bonding on my top teeth yesterday. The outcome was brilliant, massive difference to my appearance and I can smile in confidence now.
The staff and environment was very welcoming and I felt like they took good care with me. Highly recommend Synergy!
