Although no actual treatment was done, as the dentist realised that it was a wisdom tooth and also on account of my age(78) he thought it best that the extraction should be conducted in a hospital due to the possible risk of my jaw fracturing and thus referred me.
I am however still awaiting a hospital appointment for this procedure and would appreciate if you could take this up with the hospital dental section.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Chanelle at Synergy Dental Clinic, she was amazing and super friendly and easy to talk to and made the whole experience so comfortable whilst on the phone. I was a bit nervous as I don’t like speaking on the phone but she really helped put me at ease and explained in a way that made total sense.
You can tell she genuinely cares and knows her stuff.
If you’re thinking of booking in, definitely ask for chanelle you won’t regret it.

From the moment of arrival it was clearly a professional establishment. I was warmly welcomed and made to feel relaxed. Because I couldn't climb stairs, the surgeon came down to use a ground floor room. He was friendly and put me at ease. He explained the procedure and all went smoothly.

I was referred to Synergy Dentist in Preston for a tooth extraction, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the whole experience. I needed the procedure done before an upcoming holiday, and the team went above and beyond to make that happen—ensuring I had enough time for recovery too.
The reception and admin staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to check all possible dates and even coordinating with the surgeon directly to fit me in as soon as possible. Their kindness and efficiency really stood out.
The clinic itself is beautiful—tastefully decorated and very calming, which helped ease my nerves. Every member of staff I came across greeted me with a smile and made me feel genuinely welcome.
The surgeon took the time to explain everything clearly before the procedure, which helped me feel more relaxed and informed. The dental nurse was also fantastic, offering clear, thorough aftercare instructions.

Referred from my dentist for tooth removal. I had a wait of 20 mins with no explanation (9:30am appt). That aside, the dentist and assistant that removed my tooth were so kind, reassuring, explained everything and my procedure was pain free. I was in good hands and would recommend this surgery to others.
