The treatment I have received so far has been excellent. The orthodontist is highly experienced and extremely efficient in clinic.
The challenges I have are getting through on the phone, getting call backs and booking appointments when the orthodontis has asked me to come. Yesterday I was asked to return in 3-4 weeks but there weren't any appointments for six weeks.
I would recommend blocking appointments for patients for their specific treatment plan so that they are able to be seen in a timely manner.
Maybe opening up more appointments would help to clear the backlog of patients because there were three patients in while I was there who all couldn't get appointments in a timely manner for the severity of their case.

The building is so clean and smells lovely, The receptionists are polite and the dentist does a good job of keeping me calm and updated. I came in for a tooth filling, and barely felt a thing, I look forward to coming again!!

I was so nervous and apprehensive about the treatment I wanted/needed but was immediately put at ease and was quickly reassured in making the right choice. Dr Nader Modarres did a fantastic job on my new smile and I thoroughly recommend him if you are looking for a natural looking smile makeover! Appointments were prompt and even when an appointment was re-arranged I was able to get one to suit. I couldn't have asked for more - in fact I'm already planning to go back for more treatments! 1st class!

Opted to have a fractured tooth extracted and was very impressed with the care I received by both the dentist and the dental nurse. Not sure why this is showing as being written by my husband?!! 😂

No pressure at all to pick the most expensive either! Today I had 2 extractions- both painless and professionally done. After care advice second to none. I would definitely recommend synergy Oldham to anyone of a nervous disposition!!! I will definitely be going back on a regular basis. Thank you Synergy.

I didn’t have to wait long for my consultation she was helpful they said I didn’t need to go to reception but someone asked me to come over and pay for a deposit I was confused but she said it was for my next appointment

I've been going to Synergy for just over a year now and I'm always very impressed. The quality of care is outstanding and each visit I feel at ease. I've visited both the Bolton and Burscough clinics for various treatments - from dental surgery to Invisalign - and cannot fault either. Would recommend 100%!

The dentist examined my problem , explained my options , answered all queries , and subsequently repaired my tooth . No pain , and appointments honoured with a reminder . I am satisfied with the work done , and all staff encountered .

Amazing customer service and professionalism I did struggle changing a appointment due to having covid and struggling on pain killers and phone but quickly rectified and treated lovely as always when I did make it. Work was exceptional very talented lady!

I can’t recommend as had no treatment but has cost me £270. £20 for initial consultation which doesn’t include any X-rays as stated then was told I had to pay something to secure an appointment another £50 then another £200 for a scan. I’ll be not having treatment & will be asking for refund in full. The price your told isn’t correct as when my treatment plan was emailed it has changed within minutes of being told the price to the email being sent. Not happy so won’t be returning unfortunately. I’ve heard not great things so I’m confident I’m making right decision.

I went in for a quick checkup as was overdue anyways but had some concerns regarding my gums. My anxiety was put to rest once realising it could be fixed by improving my daily habits for mouth hygiene and the problems have now resolved. Thank you guys! :)

Absolutely 100% happy with the service I have received at Synergy Dental. Following a fairly horrific experience with my own NHS dentist who refused to resolve some orthodontic issues, I researched this dentist and was given an appointment within the same week. I received a friendly and professional service, honest and sound advice and a payment plan that suited my budget. My retainer was fixed promptly and I have now booked further treatments as I am confident that I will continue to receive the best service. I am even considering changing from my own dental practise to become a private patient here. Thank you Synergy Dental!

I’m in the early stages of starting my Invisalign ABC journey. Dr Zohaib has made the process so easy throughout my consultations. Everything was explained throughout and all my questions answered. He puts you at ease and is very transparent. My latest appointment, I had my scans and pictures taken.
I can’t wait to get started!
Also Monika the receptionist is a credit at the haslingden branch. She always follows up the next day after an appointment with a phone call asking how it went, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions if your like me think when you get home.

I attended the Preston Clinic for a tooth extraction. I was extremely anxious, however I was made to feel at ease by the dentist and the assistant. It didn't take long at all and was done within minutes.

Although I had to wait a little while in the waiting room for my appointment I was o.k. with that. The reception staff apologised and kept me informed as to how long I would have to wait. When I got to see my dentist she was also apologetic and said that there were a few emergencies earlier in the day, and had got a bit behind as a result. While I was in the dentist's chair I asked the dentist about teeth whitening. She took the time to explain very fully the process, even though she was pushed for time. Unfortunately whitening is a little out of my price range. I feel I was looked after very well by all the staff at Synergy, Blackpool. I am always happy with the treatment I have there.
