Probably one of the most efficient hsbc branch i have ever visited since year 2000. Faisal helped me through an over complicated international verification process and i am absolutely delighted to get everything sorted out in good standing. Highly recommend!

I que up for customers service there at 12, the whole progress took me 3 hours. It's way too much. But staff Adil helped me through the progress, very humble and clear instructions. He even helped us sent the complain with charges for compensation. I found it very wise and thoughtful to do so. Please add some more employees HSBC we need u!
