With a background originally in hospitality and then general admin, the last ten years of running Clover has proved an enormous learning curve. With lots of lessons learned the hard way, I’ve now taken control of the process and actively seek training which will help us to run the business more efficiently. I’m currently enjoying a course on clarifying the direction and enhancing the performance of our business, and recently attended a course on balancing our work and home life, which is something I’ve often struggled to achieve.
And when I’m not working, or organising my children’s social life (always much better than my own), getting tea on the table or negotiating life around the needs of teenager, toddler and husband, I enjoy the 'quiet', an occasional glass of wine and a good film or book.
