Hello
My name is John Cook and I am the owner of The Best of Malvern. Before joining the "Best Of" franchise which covers about 350 towns and cities around the UK I was a practicing accountant and had a long career working with businesses of all sizes in the South East. Regular business trips to the Worcestershire area over a ten year period meant I got to know Malvern and as my three boys were now in charge of there own destiny I decided to move............and what a good decision that was! We have a fully manned office in Upton upon Severn and I was fortunate enough to find "Becca" who joined me in November last year. Becca writes the features and generally looks after the look of the site as well as being the first point of contact when I am out and about.
We have about 200 live features and are growing from strength to strength. New recommended businesses are joining us weekly. So, if there is a business out there that you feel is "The Best of Malvern" please let us know. As well as the online directory we hold regular networking evenings the next one being on Wednesday the 18th June 2008.
To grow our awareness in Malvern we have also aranged Door Drops the next one being September 2008. We will be promoting 15 of our members so watch out for this promotional material through your letter box which will include lots of generous offers!
When I have time I like to relax on the Golf Course at Evesham Golf Club where I am a member and later this year I would like to arrange a Golf Day for clients and guests of The Best of Malvern, more on that later.
