There is a packed list of events in and around Malvern all day on Saturday 28 November prior to the Christmas Lights switch on at 5.00pm.
The Arts and Crafts market in the Priory grounds and Abbey Road starts at 9.00am and continues through the day. If you make your way to Malvern Library there is a childrens carousel with stilt walkers pointing you in the right direction. Malvern Tourist Information Centre are open from 10.00am where children can post a letter to Santa and during the afternoon the Chase School Jazz Band will be performing on Belle Vue Island followed by Dyson Perrins School concert band. Malvern priory are providing free refreshmentsbetween 2pm and 6pm and are also hosting events all through the day. If it's a Samba band that suits your tatses then go to the end of Church Street at 4.00pm. To round off the day there will be a Youth gig at Malvern Youth Centre from 6.30pm.
