Francis of Malvern opened their first showroom in the early 1930s. William and his son Derek have run this family business ever since. Now aged 87 Derek has retired but maintains an active interest in the company. The company has three departments; bedding, lounge and dining room furniture as well as a carpet department. A clearance warehouse can also be found on the Spring Lane Industrial Estate near the Morgan Motor Company factory.
