Their are two local pubs well worth a visit too. You can try The Anchor Inn Welland where Caroline and Colin are sure to give you the warmest of welcomes. This cosy centuries old black and white pub or the beautiful gardens provide the backdrop where you are assured a friendly welcome fabulous food and an excellent choice of beers.
Just down the road in Upton upon Severn The Swan sits by the river. Flooded in 2007 but long since fully refurbished Sue and Ralph will be there to welcome you to a warm and friendly atmosphere with lovely views. The pub with rooms also has a great restaurant or just enjoy a bar meal.
If it is "the true taste of Thailand" you are looking for Bhan Thai in Malvern Wells is the Thai restaurant to visit. Suti (the owner) prides herself in providing a feeling of warmth and tranquility. This small but delightful restaurant has an extensive menu to suit all tastes. Nothing is to much trouble . Surely one not to be missed!
