Be energy efficient at home

Since moving into our house five years ago we have been working hard to turn it into a home from home. All the tiresome and messy jobs have been done but one of the first things we did was to make sure that the insulation met modern standards with the walls and roof having now been done. Central heating via LPG is not cheap so the next thing to do was to have the boiler serviced. We fitted thermostats on all radiators which helps to reduce excess heat in the rooms we were not using on a regular basis. Think also about unplugging gadgets you are not using and make sure when buying new appliances that they have the best energy rating you can afford. Turning off TV's and computers also helps to reduce your energy consumption. Winter is coming so perhaps a boiler service by Heating Maintenance Services Malvern is a step in the right direction.
