If you have a passion for golf, there's only one place to be in October 2010. The magnificent Ryder Cup is to be played at The Celtic Manor Resort in South Wales between 1st and 3rd October 2010. Malvern is just 69 miles from Cardiff, mostly via the M5 and M4 motorway network. The journey should not take more than 90 minutes. If you have tickets but do not have accommodation Malvern Hotels and B & B's could be the place to stay. There are many diverse and challenging golf clubs in Worcestershire not least ofall Evesham Golf Club just 20 minutes or so from Malvern and The Worcestershire which sits on the slopes of the Malvern Hills.
