We booked a cruise with Royal Caribbean for Oct half term last year through Jill. We had never cruised before, but her knowledge and advise helped us understand exactly what it would enatil and she squashed any fears we had about it. We travelled in a party of 4 with 2 children, one a teenage and also my mother. It turned out to be one of the best holidays we have had as it suited all age groups and kept the children entertained whilst allowing us to relax and visit different destinations. The price was also what we wanted to pay. Jill's service was outstanding from the moment we contacted her - not knowing what we wanted to do - for her advise, her patience , her service of always keeping us informed down to organising all the check in procedure etc before we went. The whole process was so smooth I will always book with Jill again. She is not just a travel agent - she is one that fits your holiday to suit you. Thanks Jill.
