There’s St George's Day and St Patrick’s Day, but have you ever celebrated St Barnabus?
If you have not done so in years gone by, do NOT miss out this year with the Macclesfield Barnaby Festival taking place from the 17-19 June 2011. The festivities celebrate the Feast of St Barnabus, an age old Maxonion tradition still going strong today!
The three day celebrations promise arts, culture, music, comedy, barbeques and much more! There is fun for all the family, and even the tiny tots are catered for with a beach and pirate fun to boot - shiver me timbers!
The Barnaby Festival will be taking place in Macclesfield town centre from the 17-19 June. Make sure you book your family's tickets through the website, and look forward to a fun packed three day celebration with a historical twist!
