Macclesfield has been one of the most affected areas hit by fresh snowfall today.
Snowfall has created treacherous conditions on Macclesfield's roads today, causing big problems for traffic flow.
Police have been busy all day with reports of vehicles colliding and cars skidding off the roads. Over 20 road collision incidents occurred just between 7am and 12noon this morning.
No further snow is predicted and temperatures are forecast to rise after the weekend.
