This Easter Sunday 2011, the Rotary Club of Macclesfield and Treacle Market are hosting the biggest event of the year, the Easter Sunday Crazy Egg Race!
Entry to the races is only £1, and includes a Cadbury’s Crème egg or the equivalent before you have even started! Running to the Walker Barn and back or to each of the 108 steps in turn, you can stock up on eggs for the rest of your weekend, but that is not all.
There is a car up for grabs and a real chance of winning with only 2,500 tickets in the raffle, and also a Children’s Fancy Dress competition to get everybody involved for a fun packed Sunday.
The day will start from 10am with the first race at 12:45pm, and so will really be a great day out and entertaining for the kids too. Head down to Treacle Market this Sunday and see how many races you can win!
