Bonfire Night Fireworks in Macclesfield is set to go with the biggest bang yet

As families across Macclesfield dig out their Winter coats in preparation for Bonfire Night, we take a quick look at some of the biggest and best celebrations taking place across Macclesfield this weekend.

 

Starting tonight, Friday 5th November, Guy Fawkes Night 2010 in Macclesfield is set to be one of the biggest yet, with bonfires, firework displays and parties taking place at locations across Macclesfield all weekend.

 

Mottram St Andrew Village Hall kicks things off from 6pm tonight, Friday 5th November, with an evening of traditional Bonfire Night fun and a spectacular fireworks display.

 

The Tytherington Club starts its Guy Fawkes celebration from 5:30pm tonight, with a bonfire, fireworks display and wide range of food and refreshment stalls.

 

The Rotary Club in Congleton will be keeping the Bonfire Night spirit going on Saturday, 6th November, with a spectacular display from Fireworks International and a traditional bonfire.

 

Henbury Millennium Green in Macclesfield hosts its Bonfire and Fireworks Display on Saturday from 5:30pm. The fireworks start from 6pm and admission includes a free hot dog and glass of mulled wine.

 

Pott Shrigley Cricket Club's Bonfire and Fireworks Display starts at 7:30pm with a BBQ and real ale available through the evening.

 

Macclesfield Cricket Club will also be hosting a massive Bonfire and Fireworks Display from 6pm on Saturday.
