truly local radio for Macclesfield, supporting local businesses, community groups etc., bringing unity to the community for the young and the young at heart with a training arm that has helped students find a media based career
I work at CCR and have to admit that it is just as good behind the scenes as it sounds on air, really recommend the work experience too!
Love, love, love Canalside Radio! I've won prizes, found out about new clubs, had ideas for things to do with the kids in the holidays, become an '80's Show' addict, and even been on air once!
Just what a LOCAL radio station should be - music for all age groups, information about local events and local groups and open for local people to talk about issues and organisations in which they are involved. A true community project
As a new listener to this radio station I must congratulate it on it's varied eclectic mix of shows and music. It's really good to here local people talking about all things local. In particular I like the Rolled Gold and Memory Lane shows.
