Ravenscroft Homes based in Colwyn Bay has retained the prestigious Investors in People (IiP) Standard.

Investors in People is a recognition that an organisation looks to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of its people.

This renewal reaffirms the company’s continuing commitment to training and developing its staff.

Director of Ravenscroft Homes, Gary Evans said: "I am delighted that we have retained the Investors in People standard. This reflects the hard work staff put in to ensure that our internal processes for the development and management of people meet the required IIP Standard."

John Brown Co-Director commented, stating, "I place great importance upon the IIP status because it sends an important message to staff that their role is valued and that we are aspiring to continual improvement. This is something that does not go unnoticed by the outside world."

A company with IIP is more likely to have staff who have been extensively trained in the various techniques and best practices to be able to build quality properties and ensure the process runs smoothly.

Ravenscroft Homes currently have properties available in Llys Coedlys, London Rd, Valley. A select development set in the quiet sought after village of Valley, the development itself is ideally located off the A5 with good road and transport links.
