Steve Martin, a Ravenscroft Homes employee for more than 10 years, is one of only 430 other site managers across the UK to win a Quality Award for his work on their Brairswood development in Colwyn Heights Conwy.

Pride in the Job is the most prestigious award in the housing industry and only site managers who demonstrate exceptional standards in every aspect of their work on site and in the homes they build will be considered, Steve is one of 15,000 site managers nationwide who are considered for this award.

Steve said: 'I am so pleased to have won this award and must take this opportunity to say that achieving this prestigious award is down to having a strong team around me, with good trades and suppliers. This award is as much about their hard work as my own.'
