I walked by Fish Tram Chips the other day and had a chat with Steve the owner.
I love their fish and chips and its great to sit in the cafe and watch the trams go up and down, eating fantastic cod and a nice cold bottle of 'Peroni'.
Steve was telling me that for the second successive year they have been awarded the'Fish Friers Quality Award' from 'Seafish'. This means they've received a four star rating which not many places can boast about.
To gain the award they had to meet or exceed more than 240 standards and checks for their product quality, taste, hygiene, food preparation practices and customer service.
