Looks like our local reserve has upped the ante in 2010.

The RSPB are holding a variety of events throughout January at the Conwy Nature Reserve. See below for details.

16 January - Birdwatching for Absolute Beginners - Resolved to get back to nature this year?
Well, come and learn how. Our experts will help you get the best from binoculars, find the right
birdwatching locations and discover what all those little brown birds are. Booking is essential. At RSPB Conwy Nature Reserve, Llandudno Junction from 11am to 3pm. Adults - £4 for RSPB members, £6 for non-members.

25 January - Love Welsh Wildlife Walks (led in Welsh and bilingually)
Do you love Welsh wildlife?

Well, the wildlife of Wales loves you right back! Come and get intimate with nature on St
Dwynwen’s Day (the Welsh St Valentine). Booking essential. At RSPB Conwy Nature Reserve,
Llandudno Junction at 11am (led in Welsh) and 2pm (led bilingually). Adults - £2 for RSPB members,
£4 for non-members.

30 and 31 January - Big Garden Birdwatch Weekend

Sit down, relax, make yourself a brew and take part in the world’s largest wildlife survey in your own garden! Then come to the reserve and see what’s going on for the Big Reserve Birdwatch. At RSPB Conwy Nature Reserve, Llandudno Junction from 10am to 4pm. Free entry for RSPB members. Standard reserve entry charges apply to non-members.
