Join us for Summer Sounds - a packed programme of music on the bandstand at Strawberry Field. With free music events happening every weekend throughout the summer, Summer Sounds is the perfect family day out. Bring along your picnic blankets and deckchairs, and enjoy music in the garden as John Lennon did as a child.
Live on the bandstand on Sunday 30th June is the Liverpool Harmonic Gospel Choir.
The Liverpool Harmonic Gospel Choir have been spreading Joy through song for 30 years. Established in 1994 with Kadria and Tyndale Thomas as their Directors, they are a vibrant, enthusiastic choir! They aim to spread Joy through their music and always welcome new members who want to join and sing.
Doors open from 10am with performances starting at 2pm. Free entry, but donations are welcome and appreciated.
Please note that there is no seating in the garden. Feel free to bring your own chairs and picnic blankets. Food and drink will be available to purchase in the Imagine More café.
