See Liverpool from a Whole New Perspective

Liverpool Cathedral is a stunning place to come and visit and admire this historical piece of Liverpool.  One of the most exciting times to go is during the late night tower top trips.  Thanks to last year’s success the tour is now running even later in the night.  This allows you to have more time to take in the breath taking views of Liverpool at night.  The night time tour is only held on Thursday nights and the times do vary according to the sunset.

Climb up the tower and watch as the dusk turns to night.  You will have the best views of Liverpool and beyond, and get to see just how amazing the city looks when the sun goes down.  On a clear night you can take in the splendour of the Welsh Hills, the Pennines and the mouth of the River Mersey.

See how many buildings and landmarks you recognise, such as the Liver buildings, Albert Dock and the Metropolitan Cathedral.  And if the weather is extremely fine you might even be able to catch a glimpse of Blackpool Tower and the Big Dipper which is located on the Flyde Coast.

Capture the Occasion

Make sure you remember to bring you camera and taking binoculars is also highly recommended.  This is a great trip to take whether you live in the City or are visiting on holidays. There are also day time tower tours and views from the top are available for anyone to see who is not keen on walking all the way up the stairs.

Ticket prices are £12 for 2 adults and 2 children, £5 for a standard adult, £3.50 for children under the age of 16 and £3.50 for students and OAPs. Telephone 0151 702 7255 for more details on the night time tower trips or Contact the Cathedral to find out more about the visiting times and other attractions held in this wonderful location.
