Liverpool will host the International Festival of Music in 2014. The event will last for 2 months and is expected to attract over a quarter of a million people.
Mayor of Liverpool Joe Anderson said: "The festival will attract international business leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, investors and policy makers and will provide opportunities for companies to make global deals." The event will take place in June and July 2014.
