Fu's Chinese Restaurant in South Road, Waterloo, near Crosby has gone through a minor transition. Glen Fu, who used to be Chef, now owns the Restaurant and with the help of his family and Michael, who has looked after front of house for 5 years, want to now expand on their skills and imagination and move the restaurant forward taking the emphasis away from the buffet style menu that it has been associated with and use Glen's skills, passion and attention to detail to present Chinese Fine Dining with unusual brilliantly prepared ingredients.
That is not to say that value for money will not be paramount. The buffet will still be available and extremely important to those loyal followers. Excellent food and wine are guaranteed and with staff that are as committed as the owners it's hard to get a more enjoyable oriental dining experience with ploite and friendly staff.

Personally, I couldnt have only two courses with the diverse and imaginative menu thats on offer. Seafood lovers will be amazed. Seabass is a speiality. How about crispy Mongolian Lamb instead of Duck - try it and Enjoy!!
