FRESH pizza dough, ragu sauce and handcrafted meatballs were some of the culinary delights whipped up at a cookery demonstration held at Regency Manor in West Derby, Liverpool.

Visitors to the Mill Lane development were able to learn from an expert chef, who used a show home kitchen to give demonstrations of how to make tasty Italian food from scratch, from mouth-watering pizzas to cheese pastas, focaccia bread and tangy tomato sauces.

The cookery masterclasses provided the perfect opportunity to show off the fully-fitted kitchens and ideal-for-hosting dining spaces found in homes at Regency Manor, whilst also giving guests handy hints and tips and allowing them to have a go themselves.

“On arrival at Regency Manor guests were treated to the wonderful aromas of Italian cooking and it’s fair to say there were a lot of eager participants – whether it was those looking to get involved rolling and shaping dough or others simply wanting a taste of the cooked treats,” said Lesley Myers, sales manager for Redrow Homes (Lancashire).
