What is emotional freedom and is it possible to achieve? If so, then how?
Intended as a guided, collective dialogue, this session will explore ideas around mindfulness and self-enquiry, pointing us towards presence and the power of direct experience. Emotional freedom is not a state of mind, but a state of being.
The session will cater for everyone in an inclusive way, and you will be invited to bring questions if you’d like to, either by completing an optional box in the form here, or by bringing them on the day. Or you’re really welcome to simply sit and absorb the discussion.
The session will be led by Alison, who is an academic working in the field of psychology and performance, currently undertaking research in trauma-related psychology.
