The Lincoln City Youth Academy
has a fantastic history of success with nearly 30 Academy Players achieving 'promotion' to professional players contracts with us.

A Platform for Young Players
The Academy provides a vital platform to nurture and educate elite young footballers both as individuals and as team members. Education is an important part of this, we encourage both academic as well as sports potential to be developed to highest levels. Our scholars link into the League Football Education framework as well as focusing on Coaching qualifications up to FA Level 2.
Here are just some of the Academy Players who 'graduated' from our Academy: Graeme Hutchison (Birmingham); Jerrell Sellars (Aston Villa), George Berkes (Leicester City) and George Couzens (Norwich City) and last, but not least Dean West, our Academy Ambassador.

Funding the Young Imps
Our Acadamy is self-funding and independent from the first team's budget which of course means we raise our own finance and we are completely free to invest it in our Youth development. To do this the FutureImpsFund has been set up and we work closely with the local Community to help us support this great Beacon for Lincoln.
